When developing our powered live sound systems, we placed great emphasis on ensuring they could be used as flexibly and versatilely as possible.
It is particularly worth noting that our 2.1 systems — the Live-212B, Live-115B and Live-118B — can be used with an additional passive subwoofer. This is a cost-effective way to significantly enhance the bass response. The built-in power amplifier delivers sufficient power for this purpose and boasts impressive technical specifications.
In many comparable systems, the cabling to the satellite speakers is rigidly fixed via the subwoofer connection. This design restricts you to connecting and positioning the satellites in the same way relative to the subwoofer every time. Thanks to our flexible cabling, however, you can position the subwoofer and the satellites completely independently of one another. For example, you can use a spacer bar on the subwoofer or tripods to the left and right of it. Wall mounting of the satellites is also possible for fixed installations using our wall brackets.
